Made from a blend
of sauvignon, sémillon and nuscadelle grapes, this wine combines
delicacy and cheerfulness. It is ideal with fish or seafood.

White wines are to be
served cool(8 à 10°C).
Red wines are
to be served at room temperature(16 à 18°C); it is better to open
the bottle some hours ahead of drinking, and for the older wines,
it is good to allow them to settle. They are recommended with game,
red meat and cheese.
