Our vintage 2003 is
made from perfectly ripe cabernet sauvignon grapes. No additive
other than the sulfur required for the preservation of the wine
was used.
This wine has not been
grown in oak barrels in order to preserve its freshness and ensure
the development of its authentic fruity aromas.
Vintage
2004
Made of 50% merlot and 50% cabernet sauvignon.
This wine was awarded a silver medal at the Concours EXPRESSIONS vignerons BIO 2005 (Organic wines awards 2005)
Tasting
notes:
A pleasant,
flattering wine with intense color; full bodied, fresh on the palate,
good aromatic elements - mostly of fruits - that bring back memories
of the traditional vinification of earlier decades.
